**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Business Process Analysis** to join the **GXO Integration** **Team** in **North Charleston, South Carolina** on **1st Shift!**
The successful candidate is a self-starter who can quickly adapt to the challenges of a manufacturing business environment and continue to fulfill and meet the organizational strategic plans. In addition, must be outstanding with time management & organizational skills.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitates with the supplier the development of a recovery plan and unplanned demand requirements.
+ Identifies, establishes and maintains priorities for deliveries on products, services and data, necessary supplier contractual corrective actions, resolution of issues of poor schedule performance and product producibility and to ensure contractual compliance
+ Conducts on-site evaluations in response to Procurement Support Requests that identify problems and establish the basis for recovery planning

+ Validates work movement projects (e.g., permanent offload, on load, supplier to supplier and between supplier facilities) by verifying that the elements of the work movement plan (e.g., tool validation, configuration control, process approvals and schedule compliance) are on schedule and complete in order to accomplish a seamless transition.
+ Integrate daily with Boeing Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality (CHS & EVT)
+ Translate Boeing demand into GXO execution plans for kits, spares, and site support
+ Execute GXO-managed procurement actions to protect 787 kit, line-side, and site support flow
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
