Byrne is the lead manufacturing facility when it comes to many things; pay rate, benefits and the ability to make a career for yourself. They celebrate victories with the employees because they value them, and understand that without them they couldn’t have achieved their success. (Holidays, founders day, dairy plant if the year, and quarterly successes just to list a few. ) Their mission statement says a lot about their priorities as well. Safety is put in the forefront of production, followed by quality.
Entry level positions do not require college degrees to obtain. Anyone can build themselves up into higher rolls with enough motivation and on the job learned skills. This is a true equal opportunity employer.
Some of the customers are nice, others downright rude and entitled. Good coworkers when they stick around.
