It's been a great experience so far! Great environment and a positive place to work. Open minded staff, supportive management, and great team work. Our coworkers and supervisor are supportive and hardworking. Overall, it's been a rewarding experience where my contributions are valued and where I'm making a difference. Benefits are great, there are also many opportunities for staff development and training.

Some shifts can be longer during the busy season, after that hours decrease.

My favorite perk is all the various training opportunities. I also like getting complimentary tickets to see some of the concerts!

The variety of events we host as well as the people who work here!

As everyone would say, "the pay" but it is a non-profit organization, so I get it.
