Understands the Loss Prevention Awareness program, the Shortage Highway, the Store Protection Specialist (SPS) position (where applicable), and merchandise protection standards. Safeguards confidential information, cash and credit card information, and merchandise. Key Holder Duties and Responsibilities A Key Holder needs to carry out a number of duties to excel at their job.
