Prior to joining OTC Markets in October 2013, Mr.
Thell is the founder of Crowdfunding Services, LLC, and has served on our Board since 2013.
In 2013, she co-founded LendIt, the largest and most recognized global p2p & online lending conference organization.
Brian Korn was elected to the Board of Directors (Legal P.O.V.) of the Crowdfunding Professional Association in January 2014.
He joined Folio in 2015.
In 2015, she co-founded FinFair, the first conference platform to feature the leadership, products and technologies driving the crowd-centric retail alternatives market.
In September 2016, CFPA was one of the first to be certified by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as a charitable organization eligible for public fundraising.
She is the author of Raise Capital on Your Own Terms: How to Fund Your Business without Selling Your Soul (Berrett-Koehler, October 2017).
By the end of 2020, CFPA had raised RMB 7.8 billion of funds and materials in total and benefited 48.4 million person-times of poverty-stricken and disaster-stricken population.
