    Description & Details: The Child Care Lead Teacher is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center Child Care Service including: preparing developmentally appropriate classroom environments, planning and implementing lesson plans based on the knowledge of each child's development and the North Dakota Early Learning Guidelines, and providing direct care for children. This position will assist with the leadership and supervision of part-time and student staff. This individual will promote home/center relations and partner with families. The Child Care Lead Teacher will assist in supervising the safe operation of the Child Care Service and will model and promote customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
