The new direction the City has decided to go in has given employees a stronger sense of purpose and allows for innovation. The leadership at the City care about our input and want us to find ways to make the City better.

Because the City serves a tourism population and a small year-round resident base, there are always less people to do the work than required. Every team (except Police and Fire) need more people and we simply don't have the money to hire them.
