Essential Functions Lead student discipline and formation for elementary and middle school students. Assist the Principal in leading and evaluating academic programs and initiatives. Conduct classroom observations and provide instructional feedback to faculty. Analyze test scores, other academic data, and plan targeted professional development. Assist in developing the school calendar, master schedule, duty assignments, and daily operations. Support and mentor teachers with classroom management and instructional strategies. Respond promptly to student-related parent concerns via email, phone call, and in-person conferences. Collaborate with the resource team to support student interventions and services.
