Education, Knowledge and Experience - Several years of successful bakery experience and some degree of managerial experience - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and technologically based equipment - Understand and be able to use all required machinery - Knowledge to aid in setting accurate retail prices considering all the factors that influence food costs - Thorough knowledge of product quality, safety, fabrication, merchandising and marketing, processing and processes, selling, use, and baking techniques Physical and Other Requirements - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must be able to lift and carry 60 pounds - Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side for an extended period of time - Must be able to move safely around equipment and possess dexterity in hands and fingers - As dictated by business and need, must be able to work extended hours and a varying work schedule Salary Description $15 to $22 based on experience
