BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY Performs moderately complex (journey-level) care and living skills training work for the Texas Challenge Academy (TCA).
The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Cadets participating in a voluntary youth residential military style program.

Qualifications MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is required.
