Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Make Fans Fall in Love With the Ballpark Your job is to help create an atmosphere so fun, so electric, and so full of personality that people leave thinking, “Wow, I can't wait to come back… and also I think I just befriended the mascot.” Bring Energy to Every Single Game You'll help run in-game promotions, hype up the crowd, coordinate contests, and make sure fans are having the time of their lives-even if the inning is getting a little… long. Create Marketing Magic Work with our staff to brainstorm content, design social media posts, dream up new promotions, and market the Marlins brand (and maybe our alter-ego brands if they sneak into your ideas… they always do). Help Craft Unforgettable Moments From interaction zones to theme nights to spontaneous fun, you'll help orchestrate experiences that keep fans smiling, laughing, and telling all their friends, “Dude, you HAVE to go to a Marlins game.” Build Relationships With Fans Chat with them. Laugh with them. Take pictures with them. Help make every person that is young, old, baseball-savvy, or baseball-confused feel welcome at Big Rock Stadium.
