Position Summary
The Clinician - QMHP will provide direct service that helps individuals achieve and maintain recovery from their substance addiction and/or manage their mental illness. Clinicians also facilitate groups and provide individual therapy to address client needs regarding managing their mental health issues and remaining in the community.
Required Education and Experience
A minimum of one year of documented clinical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that qualifies the incumbent as a QMHP.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an applicable human services field.
Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of behavior modification; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); emergency interventions; family, group, and individual therapies; psychosocial education; risk assessments; substance abuse interventions; etc. Knowledge of community mental health and public health in order to provide advocacy and enhance an individual's treatment and access to community resources. Knowledge of the principles, procedures, techniques, trends, and literature related to mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse. Willing and available to work modified schedules (weekends, holidays, etc.) as required. Ability to drive and must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to participate in and successfully pass behavioral intervention training; includes both verbal de-escalation skills and physical skills techniques to be utilized with consumers as needed. Ability to form and maintain effective therapeutic/counseling relationships with individuals, to monitor movement in the therapy process, and terminate the therapeutic relationship in appropriate ways.

The ComputerOperator I Part Time On Call (PTOC) reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. The ComputerOperator I performs the functions of Dedicated Operations Support (DOS) on the F/A-18 or E/A-18G training devices. The specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform the initial start-up and preparation of the flight simulator for daily training.
- Install the initial conditions for the training event as published on the training schedule for each event.
- Responsible for the operation and control of the trainers through out the scheduled training event/schedule and able to respond to Instructor direction with regard to scenario development.
- Any full trained Operator may be utilized for multi-ship missions.
-Trainer operators shall be responsible for communicating with Blue forces as they move into, onto and around Red Forces during simulated training scenarios involving air-to-air (A/A) intercepts and air-to-ground (A/G) strike mission
- Ability to deviate at the direction of the instructor in loading initial conditions that are different than those published on the daily training schedule
- Work closely with the Instructor to enhance training effectiveness, by enabling the instructor to maximize their student/event interaction rather than manipulating the training device.
- Work any shift and weekends as specified by Contract for this site.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by site manager, assistant site manager or lead computeroperator.
- Requires mental alertness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English. Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time, and to climb two (2) flights of stairs is required. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Must present a professional appearance in demeanor and dress at all times.
The Part Time On Call (PTOC) Operator shall demonstrate competence through satisfactory, progressive performance as a simulator operator. Minimum of twelve (12) months experience with computer applications and/or software, "or" possess Microsoft Office/Computer Certification, "or" a minimum of three (3) months experience working with aviation simulators. All CO I personnel must successfully complete an annual Operators examination covering operation of the Flight Instructor Station (FIS), Tactical Instructor Station (TIS), Instructor Station (IS) and Instructor Operation Station (IOS) administered by their Site Manager and reviewed by the COR. Desire all applicant to be familiar with the mission of the F/A-18 and/or E/A-18G aircraft.
The applicant must be a US citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US Passport and must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
The ComputerOperator will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility rudiments to receive and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
