Company: Barton Malow Builders Superintendent (Theme Park/Hospitality) The Florida team is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to work in the Central Florida area in our Theme Park/Hospitality sector. The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision and coordination of various Barton Malow team members and/or contractors who perform work and/or execute work in a timely fashion and in accordance with plans and specifications while ensuring a quality product for the owner. Responsibilities: Assists with the development of work scopes and front-end documents for bidding to create clear and concise scopes of work, assists with bid processes, including participation in post-bid interviews and answering bidder questions, identifies potential contractors to bid based on project requirements and ability to perform intended scope.
