The Site Superintendent must have at least 3 years of applicable experience on projects involving civil construction, railroad, utilities, infrastructure, etc. The Site Superintendent is required to possess the ability to prepare written technical reports, covering all aspects of construction activities; ability to track site costs on a daily basis; ability to manage and ensure proper execution of multiple simultaneous subcontracts and/or vendors of varying types and complexity; ability to track site costs routinely; demonstrated ability to mediate with tact when dealing with customers.
