Mr. Brog was President of Pembridge Capital Management LLC, the portfolio manager of Pembridge Value Opportunity Fund LP, a deep value activist hedge fund, from June 2004 to September 2007. Mr. Brog was the Managing Director of The Edward Andrews Group Inc., a boutique investment bank from 1996 to 2007. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Brog was a corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions associate of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Brog received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1989 and a B.A. from Tufts University in 1986. Mr. Brog is a Director of Eco-Bat Technologies Limited.

Ravi Vig serves as President and CEO of Allegro MicroSystems. He joined Allegro in 1984 as an Analog Design Engineer and then as a Design Manager working on optical and magnetic sensor ICs, helping to launch the company’s magnetic sensor IC business. He went on to head the marketing effort for these innovative products, leading to his role as the Vice President of the Sensors Business Unit. He has since served as the Senior VP of Business Development, responsible for the Sensor and Power IC businesses, and Chief Operating Officer prior to being named President and CEO in 2016. Ravi earned his BSEE from Rutgers University, MSc from Dartmouth, his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has completed the Global Executive Leadership Program (GELP) at Yale University. Ravi currently serves on the Allegro MicroSystems, Inc. Board of Directors and holds over 60 U.S. Patents.

Elizabeth guides our strategic vision, helping to chart the course for Delta's future as the Company and our customers continue to evolve. She has been a Delta board member since 1995 and became president in 2005. She assumed the role of CEO in 2007. During her career, Elizabeth has received notable recognition for her leadership, most recently the Streetsboro Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Recognition Award in 2016. She was also recognized by Smart Business magazine in 2011, and she received the "Leading Edge Award" from Entrepreneurial Edge in 2010.
