? Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labor management and employee training
? Recruits, hires, develops and retains front line team.
? Conducts period inventory
? Maintains records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting agency standards
? Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization
? May participate in sales process and negotiation of contracts

Qualifications

Run consistent OTR miles on an East Coast dry van lane that stays fully east of the Mississippi River. Both experienced drivers and trainees are encouraged to apply.
Job Details
OTR dry van freight along the Eastern Seaboard
Average 1,900-2,300 weekly miles
Home every two weeks
Freight does not go west of the Mississippi River
Mix of live load/unload and drop & hook
Stop pay: $15 per stop
Trainee Program (For New Class A Holders)
Paid on-the-road training lasting 4-6 weeks
Minimum 120 hours required from an accredited CDL school
Mentor-supported training path
Pay & Benefits
Weekly pay: $1,200-$1,700 after upgrade
$15 stop pay for every stop
Reliable freight and consistent weekly miles
