How you'll contribute
A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:
Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
Plans, prepares and carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
Directs and supervises physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.
Assesses competence, delegates specific tasks, and establishes channels of communication.
Administers treatment involving application of physical agents, using equipment, moist packs, ultraviolet and infrared lamps, and ultrasound machines.
Evaluates, fits, and adjusts prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications. Identifies and documents goals, anticipated progress and plans for reevaluation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Physical Therapist License in the state of Oregon
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire

About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Associate to join our team at our Clear Vue RTH program in Springfield, Oregon! Residential Associates work as members of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness. About the Position
We are looking for a Residential Care Associate II to join our team at our River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon! The Residential Care Associate II will provide support to the residents according to their individualized treatment plan with a focus on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational treatment activities as assigned by utilizing an approved evidenced-based group curriculum. They will provide limited treatment services and personal care supports for clients that help them develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning. The Residential Care Associate II will administer prescribed medications, follow physician's orders for all medications and/or procedures, document on medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures, and responsibly assist clients with self-administration of medications within agency policies and procedures. They will transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services. They will maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.

Training Program

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Kitchen Management
Thoroughly check and store food and supplies that are delivered to the facility and promptly remit any purchase orders or purchase receipts from the food vendor to the supervisor
Collaborate with the supervisor to establish an orderly environment of the kitchen
Ensure that the kitchen is clean daily, orderly and free from unnecessary hazards and dangers; regularly clean kitchen supplies, dishes, and utensils after use
Prohibit residents from loitering in the kitchen
Properly care for supplies and leftovers
Ensure trash receptacles are emptied daily
Manages the use and distribution pantry stock, kitchen supplies and equipment
Report to the supervisor any action necessary to properly maintain the kitchen and its equipment; Advise when items or supplies need to be replaced and/or repaired and recommend capital improvements as needed throughout the year and when requested by the house corporation
Safety & Security
Maintains safety, security, and emergency support for the kitchen environment to comply with all local, state and federal ordinances and adheres to food safety best practices
Promptly notify the supervisor of any maintenance problems or unsafe conditions in or around the kitchen
Observe kitchen and chapter rules, as determined by the chapter and house director
Notify supervisor of any accidents or injuries while on duty, immediately
Administrative/General Responsibilities
Reconcile and report all kitchen expenditures as outlined by the supervisor; operate within specified operating budget for meals and kitchen
Follow expense approval and expense reporting processes and procedures
Plans and manages the work schedule for the kitchen staff
Submit work hours for payroll through an online payroll system
Refrain from the use of alcohol or drugs in and around the chapter territory
Attend scheduled staff meetings and any requested training sessions
Qualifications
2 + years of related experience
Possesses a specialty or advanced certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience
Possesses experience in large scale meal planning and kitchen management.
Possesses staff relations, customer service, and safety standards skills.
Preferred ServSafe Certified
Possesses skills to operate a computer including web browsing, email, and Office products.
Ability to speak and read English
Meet specified physical requirements of lifting no more than 40 lbs, standing on the tile floor for long periods of time, and use of hands to handle and control tools.
