**The Role**

**Compensation**

$73,805 - $98,406 in these states: CO
$77,322 - $103,089 in these states: CA, VA, and WA.

Laundry services, including collecting, washing, and folding towels
Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists
Customer Service:
Ensure all existing and new clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Advisors/Lube Technicians who are committed to safety and flexibility, performing various roles to meet each customer's unique needs and ensuring they leave confident in the safety of their vehicle. As a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) with Jiffy Lube, you'll help build loyalty and drive sales by empowering guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. In this role, you'll serve as both a Lube Technician and the main point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish!
Job Responsibilities
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proven face-to-face customer service or sales experience.
Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in an enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environment.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Valid Driver's License.
Keen listening and reasoning skills to capture guests' product needs.
Dedication to following safety policies and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
