RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer inquiries via phone, email and texting regarding policies, coverages, and premiums with confidence and accuracy. • Ensure first call resolution, making the customer experience as seamless as possible. • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all three lines of insurance (Auto, Homeowner, and Umbrella). • Cultivate strong relationships with our agents and partners, contributing to our collaborative work environment. • Utilize your analytical and decision-making skills to address policy changes and corrections effectively. • Exceed customer and agent expectations by delivering top-notch service through positive interactions and extensive product expertise. • The ability to work a flexible schedule is a critical aspect of this position. Hours for this position are shifts between: 8:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday and 10:00am-3:00pm every third Saturday. QUALIFICATIONS • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Analytical mindset with good decision-making abilities. • Proficiency in computer skills and data entry. • High motivation to take ownership and follow up on tasks. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. • Ability to work weekdays and rotational Saturdays. • High school diploma required, college degree is a plus! • Spanish language proficiency is a plus!
