Qualifications: Previous mechanical construction project management experience, preferred. In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and scheduling. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Procore) Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
