Mr. Horton has also served on the boards of several industry associations and has chaired the Gas Industry Standards Board, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Natural Gas Council.

Mr. Jeffrey R. Olmstead has been Chief Executive Officer, Director of Mid-Con Energy GP, LLC, the General Partner of Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP.
