This position is for a Direct Support Professional (Days)
Hours: Wednesday 1 pm to 7 pm and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7 am - 7 pm
Duties include, but not limited to: Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities. Will assist these persons within the following areas: job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion. Depending on the need of the client a DSP may be expected to transport to appointments, report to work assignment with the client as a job advocate, or could be assisting with feeding and hygiene. Duties will be discussed with the employer.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, minimum of One (1) year of verifiable work experience in the last three (3) years, must possess a current, valid drivers license in order to transport clients as needed, must possess current CPR training, must submit to an extensive background check and drug screening before employment offer can be made.

Job Summary
PetSmart's Pet Stylist (Dog and/or Cat Groomer) is responsible for engaging with pet parents and their pets while providing positive experiences and best in class salon services while upholding the company's vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role shares responsibility of cleanliness and pet health and safety standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following and may vary depending on store characteristics and needs:
* Independently performs full menu of bath, brush and grooming services and standalone services, such as nail trims, teeth brushing, and sanitary services in accordance with PetSmart's bathing standards and procedures.
* Recommends additional health and wellness solutions with pet parents based on pet's needs.
* Responsible for the pet parent experience and outcomes conducted in person, over the phone and at the sales register.
* Greets pet parents, answers their questions and assists with making reservations in the salon.
* Conducts salon appointment reminder calls, maintains client records and consults with pet parents on services offered.
* Performs check-in and check-out procedures for grooming appointments, including applicable paperwork and rebooking.
* Promotes opportunities to grow salon sales to help achieve sales targets and productivity, and any other relevant salon metrics.
* Recommends, informs, and sells merchandise and services.
* Maintains the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and humane conditions for all pets in the grooming area, by performing maintenance throughout the day including end of day cleaning in accordance with the maintenance checklist.
* Responsible for taking immediate action when a sick/injured pet is identified in the store; transport to the vet as needed.
* Assists and works in other departments as required. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
* Prior grooming experience; or 6 months of experience in the Stylist in Training job with Successful completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy training and safety certification. program or passes the salon technical evaluation.
* Proficiency in computer applications.

* Flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and safety measures
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Essential physical demands and work environment

AltaPointe's Adult Residential Services are designed for consumers with serious and persistent mental illness who require social rehabilitation and community support. Combining medical, nursing and clinical services, our staff provides care and treatment for more than 200 adults in need of intensive service provision. The Adult Residential Services Program consists of group homes, which are supervised 24 hours/day when consumers are on the premises. Expected outcomes are the same for each adult group home: to prevent re-hospitalization and to maximize and maintain successful community placement. Residential care focuses on the rehabilitation and return to the community of seriously mentally ill consumers.
Responsibilities
Behavioral Aides in the residential setting are responsible for providing basic observation and monitoring of consumers in the group home, providing daily assessment of consumer's behavior, providing training on basic living skills, transporting the consumers to appointments and outings, distributing the consumer's medication, assisting consumers with personal care, and the preparation of the consumer's meals.
Essential Functions
Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers to include training on basic living skills (BLS) according to assessed needs and implementation of behavioral plans if applicable
Meets daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services
Assists consumers with personal care issues (bathing, toileting, and other personal hygiene issues), medication use, chores, and safety issues
Demonstrates the willingness to work at any ARS facility based on staffing needs
Preparation of consumer meals according to consumer's individualized dietary orders, posted menus and responsible for stocking of food and household items
Demonstrate the ability to recognize the elements of a crisis state and takes a proactive approach to deescalate or resolve the situation
Ongoing compliance with Nurse Delegation Program, including recertification requirements
Ensures adherence to the posted household schedule, individual appointments, and implements planned activities
Transports consumers to and from appointments/outings
Models appropriate behavior including communication skills, grooming, manners, etc.

This position is a “self-scheduling” position. Full time employees are required to work 3, 12 hour shifts per week (7:00 to 7:00) including rotating weekends; Part Time are 1-2 shifts per week depending on the location; and PRN (as needed) are required to work about 1 time or more per month and other shifts. The preferred shifts are a guide for the supervisors to build the schedule around the employees' preferences, and generally are similar to the finalized schedule. The preferred shifts are not guaranteed and the schedule could change at any time based on the needs in the facility.

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. The Catering Services Worker supports and carries out event set up, transporting equipment, food, or other supplies to the event location, serving guests during the event, and breaking down/ cleaning up after the end of an event.
Job Responsibilities
* Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
* Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
* Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
* Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
* Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
* Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
* Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
* Provide excellent customer service to all guests
* Follow safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Previous catering experience preferred
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Must follow the required dress code as assigned
* Must be available to work event-based hours
* Must be able to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
