Andy Scurto currently works as the Chief Executive Officer, Founder and President for ISCS. Andy Scurto is responsible for ISCS's corporate vision and strategic direction. The founder of ISCS, his deep understanding of both insurance and IT has led to SurePower Innovation's incorporation of uniquely rich insurance flexibility and capabilities, over its three-generation development. He speaks frequently at industry conferences and publishes in industry publications. Andy received his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from San Jose State University.

Mr. Salona has over 25 years of professional experience in Internet/Intranet applications and information systems with clients, such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Digital Equipment Corporation, Texaco Inc, Science Applications Research, and several healthcare corporations. He has led REI in the design and implementation of an innovative Electronic Handbook approach to Internet-driven information systems for complex document-driven business processes. Mr. Salona received his M.S. in computer science from the Center for Advanced Computer Studies, the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, in 1982. He earned a diploma for his graduate research in computer science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, in 1978. He received an M.S. in operations research, St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India, in 1977.

Sameer Penakalapati is a serial entrepreneur who is dedicated to advising and investing in technology startups, specifically in the HR & AI space. In the past 10 years, Sameer has founded and acquired over six companies, including a staffing firm, multiple SaaS platforms, and a digital marketing agency, serving thousands of customers around the world. Sameer’s key interests include talent acquisition, talent engagement, and total talent management. As a regular contributor of thought leadership pieces to HR publications, Sameer was recently inducted into the Forbes HR Council. To date, Sameer has received numerous awards and recognitions for his work, including accolades from Inc500/5000, Rochester top 100, Deloitte Fast 500, Forbes Best Startup Employers, USPAACC, SIA Fastest Growing Companies, and others.
