Carmen’s daily responsibilities as President/CEO of SDI revolve around the overall coordination of company operations, sales cycles, and customer service efforts. She evaluates new markets for SDI’s service offerings and monitors compliance with contract administration and corporate agreements. With her “Build Globally, but Think Locally” mantra, Carmen continues to fulfill her vision, leading her organization into new markets each year. She is also a board member of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
