Pros of working at EJ

Interesting work and enjoy the challenges

Cons of working at EJ

Supervisors and Managers do not listen to suggestions. Arrogant Engineering managers cannot agree with one another. Culture is comprised of many who will not change. Perhaps it is driven by the fact that the managers do not listen. Why change if nobody listens.
