Decent benefits

Cons of working at EmbroidMe

This is a franchise company. You have a script of how the system works and you never stray from the script! You are not allowed to be creative or think for yourself. Their are rules where you are required to have lunch on their terms, drive to work listening to inspirational messages, even require you to stay for meetings until problems are resolved (while your kids are home alone waiting for dinner) they don’t care! It is a strict “Do as I Say Not as I Do” kind of company. I was even forced to work during a hurricane, while my children’s were home alone weathering a storm.
