**Position Description** . The Payroll Administrator positionis a critical role within Baker Electric, Inc., a subsidiary of publicly traded EMCOR Group, Inc., and is located in Des Moines, IA. The positionwill be responsible for the weekly processing of union and non-union employee payrolls, maintaining payroll system / records, maintaining timekeeping system / records, submitting all union payroll-related reports, including fringe benefits.

+ Prepare and submit all monthly union reports for fringe benefits and workers' compensation hours, including maintenance of recordkeeping for future reference or adjustments

+ Partner with CFO and Controller to update and maintain all union contracts and classifications within the system to ensure accuracy of payroll
+ Prepare all required quarterly and year-end tax duties, including, but not limited to, quarterly/annual reconciliations, state and federal quarterly tax reports, W-2s and other tax forms, as assigned; ensures the accuracy of the information extracted from the system and timeliness of completion
+ Partner with Controller and Project Managers to ensure accuracy of job set-ups for pay regulations and reporting purposes, including Certified Payroll Reports and Davis Bacon wage determinations
+ Perform related work as required or directed by Manager. Maintain confidentiality of work and any Baker Electric project knowledge
+ Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to Manager or company leaders with recommendation for resolution
+ Other related duties as assigned

AECOM is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for immediate placement in our Waterloo, or Des Moines, IA office to lead our traffic engineering services in Iowa. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial automation or asset management/condition monitoring, including commissioning, support, and troubleshooting of instrumentation or control systems in process industries.
Instrumentation: Hands-on with control valves, positioners/digital valve controllers, instrumentation protocols (HART/FOUNDATION Fieldbus/Modbus).
Good understanding of predictive maintenance and valve diagnostics technologies.
Instrumentation: Experience with Emerson DVCs, ValveLink software, Asset Management Systems, smart instrumentation; calibration and loop checks.
Cybersecurity: Familiarity with IEC/ISA 62443 standard and NIST SP 800‑82 guide.
End-to-end solution implementations: Designed and deployed secure architectures from field device/positioner → control network → historian/cloud → analytics.
Cyber-OT collaboration: Worked with cybersecurity/IT/engineering to meet policy/standard requirements, including segmentation, hardening, logging, and remote access governance; successfully integrated data diodes without impacting operations.

As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you will support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Company's safety, health and environmental policies and standards. This role has Environmental, Safety and Health responsibilities for large special order engineered manufacturing facility located in Marshalltown, Iowa.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Emerson corporate standards.
• Lead EHS programs, including policy updates, training, and communications.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform safety assessments (ergonomics, machine guarding, LOTO, job safety analysis) and recommend improvements.
• Drive hazard recognition and mitigation through processes, audits, and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
