This role is primarily responsible for ensuring our drawings are updated and properly maintained using construction specific software, Bluebeam. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ideally experience working in a fast-paced construction environment. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Perform slip sheeting in Bluebeam to update drawing sets with revised sheets while preserving/maintaining markups and hyperlinks. + Create and maintain hyperlinked drawing sets to ensure timely navigation between sheets, details, and references. + Implement and maintain systems for tracking document revisions to prevent conflicts and ensure that the most current versions are used. + Work within digital document management systems (e.g., Procore, Egnyte, Bluebeam). + Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure timely distribution of updated documents. + Support the implementation of document control procedures and standards across projects. + Work on adhoc Design projects to assist the team. **Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
