**The Role**
The Sr. Director of Access Architecture and Engineering is a highly influential technical strategist and execution leader who is focused on creating network architectures, technical execution, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. **The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $159,240 to $286,560 based on a full-time schedule. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:**

You will:
* Design and implement data-plane features using P4, microcode, and C++ across DPU/NPU architectures.
* Bring up hardware platforms, integrate SDKs, and debug low-level packet-processing behavior.
* Work from AMD technical specifications to define and build performant pipelines.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
