Participate in / lead improvement initiatives tied to Risk Management, OTD, Cost, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, or other business-critical needs. Job Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in an Engineering, Business, or Project Management discipline. PMI or equivalent PM certification is beneficial. A proven track record with a minimum of 5+ years' recent experience working in a Project Management /Project Lead role. Self-driven, motivated with a strong work ethic. Customer-focused, collaborative mindset with proven ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment frequently under internal and/or external time constraints. Strong written, verbal, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience communicating effectively both internally with peers/management and externally with customers Detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.
