Before joining Accela, Schnoedl served as the vice president of [Deutsche Bank](https://www.crunchbase.com/person/max-schnoedl#/entity) in San Francisco and helped software companies accelerate growth by raising equity and debt financing. Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank in New York and Frankfurt as the vice president of group strategy. Schnoedl started his career in government as a cabinet member of Austria’s Federal Minister of Science.
