The Opportunity:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Talent Optimization Coordinator- Events focused to join our team. This position will be based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with our recruiting team to ensure a smooth hiring process, from initial contact with potential candidates to their onboarding process. You will also have the opportunity to interact with clients in support of the recruiting process. Your main focus will be to assist in live event coordination and administration.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure an overall excellent candidate experience.
· Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping it updated with the status of all candidates. Learn and navigate different Applicant Tracking System's as required[AF1] [AF2] .
· Manage job postings across ATS and external platforms (Ex: LinkedIn), ensuring roles are accurately listed, refreshed as needed, and aligned with position requirements and employer branding.
· Prepare and send out NDAs, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.
· Conduct background checks in compliance with all relevant legislation.
· Handle data management tasks, such as tracking candidate responses and managing spreadsheets for live event availability, feedback, and finalist information.
· Set up and maintain candidate tracking and recruitment tools tailored to clients.
· Communicate and collaborate with the recruiting team and project managers
· Develop, maintain, and deliver recruitment reporting requests to support external client requirements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data-driven insights.
· Maintain the highest level of organization, ensuring all candidate data is correctly stored and easily retrievable.
· Continually review and implement improvements in the hiring process.
Event Planning & Execution:
Support planning and management of end-to-end logistics for hiring events, including career fairs, hiring days, open houses, campus events, and virtual recruitment events
Support creation and distribution of event invitations, registration links, and follow-up communications
Track RSVPs and manage attendee communications before and after events
Track attendance, candidate outcomes, and event ROI
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and event impact
Requirements

Specific Duties
Fit patients with prescribed orthosis; including patient evaluation, modification and fitting, training the patient on fit and function, as well as answer any questions.
Accurately input patient information and ensure correct durable medical equipment is dispensed within the Breg Vision system.
Obtain all necessary authorizations as required by Medicare, Medicaid, Worker's Compensation, or private insurance in order to fit and bill for each orthosis.
Assist DME manager with daily DME office operations: including (but not limited to) ordering product, maintaining Special Order Binder, stocking and organizing product in the office.
Review and monitor inventory levels for durable medical equipment items unique to the office at least two- three times weekly and provide order quantities needed to DME office lead. Assist with monthly inventory counts as instructed by DME manager.
Keep track of surgery schedules for each physician in the practice and make sure that each patient has the required orthosis prior to surgery, or make arrangements for DME to fit post surgically. Also, assure that information for post-surgical application of other devices such as CPM machines are forwarded to the correct individual and confirm receipt.
Act as the liaison between DME office and physicians on all matters involving communications, paperwork, etc.
Attend all staff meetings and training.
Any and all other duties required for DME to be successful with the practice and patients.
Additional Duties
Travel to other JIS locations as necessary.

Education/Experience Required:
Degree or Certificate in a Health Related Field or Experience in Orthopaedic/DME Field.

SUMMARY: The RESEA Coordinator oversees and coordinates the day-to-day workflow and activities of the Re-employment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program that assists Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimants with re-employment assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the nature of this position and the goals of the organization.
Coordinate the daily operations of the RESEA program.
Complete RESEA appointments along with other RESEA employment specialists.
Oversee all RESEA appointments, scheduling, and selection of claimants.
Monitor all RESEA cases to assure consistent quality in program service delivery.
Train all staff performing RESEA services and coordinate their work with other organizational teams.
Supervise assigned RESEA staff.
Evaluate RESEA staff performance and assess opportunities for professional development.
Ensure RESEA staff provide exemplary customer service by maintaining regular communications with staff regarding organizational operations, policies, and procedures.
Work closely with management to assist in prioritizing, planning, and implementing activities and procedures related to RESEA service functions.
Work harmoniously to develop systems, procedures, initiatives, and programs that facilitate the achievement of the organization's service objectives.
Conduct outreach to UI claimants for in-person and/or virtual appointments; record attendance and/or supplement activities using the state's prescribed case management system.
Provide follow-up to participants to ensure supplemental activities are completed.
Provide and/or refer RESEA participants to other appropriate OhioMeansJobs center services and supports, such as community and/or OhioMeansJobs center partner/program information.
Provide data entry, documentation, and recording of all required data/information in state and/or local data systems.
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferred.
Experience identifying job readiness skill shortfalls and referring participants to additional services to gain necessary skills for employment.
Experience with maintaining timely documentation and reporting requirements per federal, state and local regulations and policies.
Ability to coordinate/refer to workforce system partners and resources to assist with job readiness/job search skills and training opportunities.
Excellent communication and team building skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and staff information.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization and its customers.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, assign work, effectively manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills needed in Microsoft applications as well as the ability to navigate electronic software systems and web applications.

The Samples Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment sample orders. The Samples Coordinator will manage the Fresh products samples warehouse inventory to ensure that appropriate and accurate stock levels are kept ensuring timely fulfillment of sample orders.
