Hannes Sapiens is a serial entrepreneur, public speaker and biohacker. He is the MD and a co-founder of DSruptive. Hannes is the former Chief Disruption Officer at Epicenter Stockholm and former Ambassador for Sweden for Singularity University. He has a background in international business across the media, finance and agribusiness industries. Hannes earned his M.Sc. degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

With more than 20 years of experience in inclusive economic development, Regina Ann Campbell is the Chief Program Officer for Epicenter, the nonprofit hub of the greater Memphis entrepreneurial movement.

As part of Epicenter's executive leadership, Regina is responsible for national strategic partnerships and a portfolio of programs, initiatives, and systems that ensure inclusive access and vibrancy of the entrepreneurial community in the Greater Memphis region. This includes the oversight of and accountability for effective stewardship of resources in service to a network of partners that advance new and existing entrepreneurs, from ideation through growth.

Before joining Epicenter, Regina was the Managing Director of the place-based entrepreneurship business unit for TechTown Detroit, directing the unit's strategic vision, program design, development, execution and growth. Under her direction, flagship place-based innovation programs included SWOT City and Retail Services. Regina held a successful track record of creating economic growth by scaling place-based acceleration and incubation, working with hundreds of entrepreneurs, and assisting in the launch of multiple startups. Regina’s leadership supported the leverage of $3 million of investments into Detroit enterprises and increased annual funding year by year, which led to expansion citywide, gaining national attention and interest. She also served as founder and committee chair of Detroit Entrepreneur Week (DEW) 2012 2018).

Regina’s expertise includes innovative program development, vision/strategy, strategic partnerships, execution, business/organizational performance and system development.

Russell Ingram is a Chief Operating Officer at Epicenter Memphis and Consultant at Ingram Services and is based in Memphis, Tennessee. He has worked as President at Stryker Lifesigns Management Inc. and Director Of Development at Dixon Gallery and Gardens. Russell works or has worked as President at Tennessee Data Commons and President at 930 Foundation. He studied at Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management between 2002 and 2004, University of Memphis between 1994 and 1996, and University of Memphis between 1997 and 1999.
