Position Overview

Position Overview
The Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, with minimal guidance from more experienced engineers, works independently and in collaboration with others on multiple projects which are complex in scope. This role applies deep knowledge of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and models to solve problems involving biological, genomic, clinical and healthcare data within a setting of advanced cancer screening and precision oncology. This role is involved at every step of the solution development process, from ideation, design, implementation and deployment. This role strongly contributes to the strategic vision for the application of cutting-edge AI methodologies at Exact Sciences and work as a partner with biostatisticians, bioinformatics scientists, and data scientists to further our goal of helping eradicate cancer by preventing it, detecting it earlier, and guiding personalized treatment.
Essential Duties

* Maintain deep expertise in one or more AI technology areas. Clearly present and communicate relevance of technological advances as relevant to our work in biostatistics, bioinformatics and data science at Exact Sciences.

The Oncology Specialist (OS) in the CAR-T franchise is a Field Based role reporting to a District Manager. The OS has primary responsibility for developing the relationship with CARYKTI Certified Treatment Centers (CTCs) in their respective territory and serves as the CTC's primary point of contact with J&J. Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Facilitates excess inventory returns or interstore pharmacy transfers where applicable for non-returnable ABC overstock. Verifies posting of all pharmacy/ prescription claims.
Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and markdowns deletes. Responsible for basic department pricing, including daily price changes, accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks.
Responsible for supporting front end and pharmacy ordering by ordering expense items. Monitors pharmacy manual orders to identify excess orders. Maintains consigned inventory and orders as required.
Ensures all designated pull & quarantine item on-hands are updated and placed in the designated holding area.
Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.
Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, maintains accurate inventory counts and accuracy of on-hand quantities in pharmacy and completes pharmacy smart counts.
Ensures the store maintains inventory compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
Assists in the maintenance of inventory records, including receiving and posting of all products (in the front-end)) received at the store in all inventory systems. Organizes files and retains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations necessary for all inventory activities.
Helps to prepare for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities, including but not limited to preparing sales floor, stockroom, and pharmacy for inventory and auditing the third party team on the day of inventory.
Supports keeping all counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
Knowledgeable of all store systems and equipment.

In accordance with state and federal regulations, assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy. Assists the pharmacist in the performance of other Pharmacy Department duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. If PTCB or ExCPT certified, assists with and coaches pharmacy technicians in the operation of pharmacy systems and cashiers in the operation of the pharmacy cash registers.
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Customer Experience
Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.).
Develops strong relationships with most valuable customers.
Operations
Under the supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state, federal, and company policy. Reviews and complies with the Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager including utilizing pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions. Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow.
Reports, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.
Strictly adheres to the Walgreen Co. policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activities.
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, collects and handles cash as required. Takes customer to OTC aisle when possible to assist in locating products.
Handles telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians.
Processes (corrects and resubmits) manual claims for third party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other clerical duties, as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
Assists and supports Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as, ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals. Maintains knowledge of Company asset protection techniques, and files claims for warehouse overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods involving Rx drugs.
May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring the Pharmacy Department is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, neat and orderly in condition and appearance.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Training & Personal Development
Earns and maintains PTCB or ExCPT certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Otherwise, earns PTCB or ExCPT certification as condition of promotion to senior technician.
Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager and acquires continuing education credits. Maintains knowledge and skill in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest news and developments.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
Prefer good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring and weighing medications.
Prefer good computer skills.
Prefer the knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB or ExCPT certification.

Position Overview
The Sr. Principal Medical Development Director will be responsible for clinical and translational leadership in the development and execution of the company's oncology strategies; including, but not limited to, the design and implementation of next-generation sequencing (NGS) based assays focused on the development, validation, and regulatory approval of diagnostic tests designed to help determine the most appropriate therapies for patients, monitor therapy effectiveness, and detect the presence of residual disease.
In partnership with Portfolio Lifecycle Management and Strategy, this role will provide oncology leadership during the design, development, and implementation of studies that support pipeline products and/or line extensions to on-market products. This position will develop external relationships with leaders in academic oncology, cooperative trial groups, and research organizations, as well as identify investigators and sites to participate in clinical trials and inform medical strategies. The Sr. Principal Medical Development Director will initiate and lead external ad boards involving medical leaders in pharma, key opinion leaders, and other third parties. This position will be responsible for the review, interpretation, and leadership in the report of key study results and will also help design and implement the medical support for all new or extended precision oncology tests and services.
The Sr. Principal Medical Development Director will be both a leader of and participant on internal cross-functional program teams and working groups including, but not limited to, members of the business development, research and development, pathology and clinical lab operations, biostatistics, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and commercial teams. This position will also provide medical leadership across Precision Oncology as a member of the medical organization.
This position can be based in Redwood City, CA, or be field based.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develop the overall vision and strategy for one or more specific Exact Sciences' Precision Oncology (PO) products, including, but not limited to, the Oncotype DX recurrence score, radiation score, and colon recurrence score; OncoExTra and therapy selection portfolio; and the molecular residual disease (MRD) liquid biopsy portfolio, in partnership with internal and cross-functional stakeholders including commercial, pipeline, compliance, and regulatory.
* Identify opportunities to expand indications for existing Exact Sciences' PO products and new products within the pharma space.
* Collaborate with Exact Sciences' cross-functional team members from the research and development, pipeline, and commercial organizations to participate in and provide medical expertise to the formulation of commercialization strategy and the creation of product profiles for new products and services.
* Participate as the medical monitor on study teams and lead the development of clinical protocols required to support product development, validation, and commercialization; including, but not limited to, the adoption and development of novel approaches for the demonstration of clinical validation and utility.
* Engage with medical leaders within precision and molecular, medical and surgical and radiation oncology to gain a greater understanding of key clinical questions in patient management, requisite a new generation of clinical tool needs, and facilitate their understanding of the scientific validity and clinical utility of Exact PO products.
* Accountable for scientific presentations and publications generated as a result of PO product development collaborations.
* Provide oncology expertise and clinical insight for cross-functional teams at Exact Sciences throughout the lifecycle of practice-changing genomic tests and services.
* Engage with colleagues in the medical organization to drive continuous improvement of team leadership practices including, but not limited to, department communications, interview potential new team members, team building initiatives, and enhancement of Precision Oncology's unique culture.

Role Summary
Our Neuroscience Data Science & Digital Health (NS DSDH) team integrates the power of multi-omics, digital health technologies and clinical/real-world evidence (RWE) data to accelerate the delivery of transformational therapies for Neurodegeneration, Neuropsychiatry and Ophthalmology. We drive decision-making and breakthroughs from molecular discovery to clinical trials by partnering along the pipeline to ensure that data science & digital health strategies are embedded in every program.
We are seeking a Senior Scientist, Omics to join our NS DSDH team focused on Neuropsychiatry and/or Neurodegeneration. In this role, you will contribute to our precision neuroscience strategy by contributing to projects that bring to bear bioinformatics, artificial intelligence and machine learning as needed to link molecular signatures (genetics, gene expression, proteomics) to disease stage and progression, mechanisms of action, and disease endophenotypes.
You will be part of a cross-functional team of data science leaders and partner closely with the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area, Quantitative Sciences, and Discovery Product Development and Supply (DPDS).
This position offers the opportunity to transform how we understand disease biology, identify novel targets, stratify patients, and deliver better outcomes for people living with neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement innovative data science projects to uncover novel therapeutic targets, optimize patient stratification, and identify precision biomarkers by deriving insights from multi-omics data linked to brain biology and neuropsychiatric/neurodegenerative disease mechanisms
* Work in multi-disciplinary teams, composed of discovery scientists, clinicians, computational biologists and biomarker experts to support the precision neuroscience strategy for programs in the Neuropsychiatry/Neurodegeneration portfolio
* Remain current on the constantly evolving landscape of neuroscience, neurodegeneration, and neuropsychiatry, omics, bioinformatics and AI/ML research in search of better approaches for accelerating and prioritizing our portfolio based on biological insights.
* Build strong relationships with internal partners and key academic collaborators, and consortia to position the company at the forefront of data-driven neuroscience.
Qualifications
* PhD in neuroscience, computational biology, bioengineering, biostatistics, or a related field is required.
* Experience working hands-on deriving insights from high-dimensional molecular data - particularly genetic (GWAS, WGS), RNAseq, proteomics and/or single-cell data is required.
* Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages is required.
* Experience translating data into executable action plans is required.
* Ability to clearly communicate technical work to a diverse audience is required.
* Proven track record of scientific contributions in this field with first author publications in high-impact journals is strongly preferred.
* Background and experience working in Neuropsychiatry/Neurodegeneration is preferred.
* Experience in applying data-driven methods in the context of target discovery and validation, translational science and/or patient stratification is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position in the US is $109,000 to $174,800. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. POSITION SUMMARY:
The late development Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL) is responsible for development and execution of the compound strategy for a selected molecular entity, and operational implementation, delivered through the effective leadership of a cross-functional Compound Development Team (CDT). The CDTL is accountable for Phase 2b/3/3b/4 and post marketing clinical trials related to the compound development program and other required cross-functional activities related to lifecycle management. The CDTL leads the team to develop products in a timely and cost effective manner and is accountable for the execution of the compound strategy. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Physician is a responsible member of a clinical team dedicated to the development and execution of medical strategies and the clinical and operational implementation of a full development stage compound program. As the Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology you will:
Be responsible for attaining sales objectives, presenting complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech's immunology products and services to an audience of office and institutional based Dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans and others involved in the decision-making process.
Use discretion and judgment to execute the franchise and company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, which may include physicians within specialty medical practices and their staff, specialists within local hospitals, clinics, and pharmacists within a specific geographic area.
Influence decision makers and influencers within assigned customers to support the use of the company's products in the treatment of relevant disease states by developing and applying clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills.
Execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging resources appropriately and working successfully with company team members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance business results.
Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision makers at the local level who can influence decision making within the healthcare provider systems.

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree
* A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
* Must reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate to it
* Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry, or large account management, or business to business experience, or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience selling injectable / infused products
* Working knowledge of immunology and/or the Dermatology field
* Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues
* Experience in project oriented selling situations in a high incentive and individual performance culture is preferred, along with a documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan
* Completion of Management Development course(s)

Inventory Specialist

+ Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including both front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns. Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and all in-store inventory processes. Validates and ensures accuracy of planograms.
+ Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the proper use of reports and system applications, which have an impact on the accuracy of front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
+ Responsible for executing and maintaining front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques, and filing claims for warehouse and vendor overages (merchandise received, but not billed), shortages (merchandise billed, but not received), order errors or damaged goods including prescription drugs.
+ In designated stores, as required, opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
**Customer Experience**
+ Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.).
**Operations**
+ Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including but not limited to creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
+ Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is still in the store, including common carrier deliveries. Focuses on One Box receiving. Takes the appropriate action marking delivery as received if the product was physically delivered, contacting vendor for past undelivered scheduled receipts, and opening tickets as needed to correct inaccurate orders.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, verifies all pharmacy shipments are posted for products physically received at the store. Completes or verifies postings of all pharmacy warehouse orders, ABC prescription and OTC orders daily, secondary vendor orders, flu and dropship orders performing any necessary tote audits, and accurately reporting any shortages or damaged product.
+ Completes On-Shelf Availability (OSA) end-to-end process including warehouse and direct store delivery (DSD) for planogrammed departments, executing disposals, call-ins, and vendor returns before expiration, completes scan outs/ scan outs returns on all subscribed departments including vendor/ DSD departments and pharmacy scan outs.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Facilitates excess inventory returns or interstore pharmacy transfers where applicable for non-returnable ABC overstock. Verifies posting of all pharmacy/ prescription claims.
+ Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and markdowns deletes. Responsible for basic department pricing, including daily price changes, accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks.
+ Responsible for supporting front end and pharmacy ordering by ordering expense items. Monitors pharmacy manual orders to identify excess orders. Maintains consigned inventory and orders as required.
+ Ensures all designated pull & quarantine item on-hands are updated and placed in the designated holding area.
+ Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, maintains accurate inventory counts and accuracy of on-hand quantities in pharmacy and completes pharmacy smart counts.
+ Ensures the store maintains inventory compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
+ Assists in the maintenance of inventory records, including receiving and posting of all products (in the front-end)) received at the store in all inventory systems. Organizes files and retains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations necessary for all inventory activities.
+ Helps to prepare for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities, including but not limited to preparing sales floor, stockroom, and pharmacy for inventory and auditing the third party team on the day of inventory.
