Summary
Provide confidential, professional, administrative assistance for the President/CEO that includes a wide range of administrative duties to be handled with confidentiality and discretion. Prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and all other communications utilizing a broad range of written, oral, and computer skills.
Job Duties
1. Provide a variety of administrative activities necessary to assist the CEO including research, report preparation, information requests, and clerical support.
2. Assists the CEO and management team with board of directors, audit committee, and asset liability committee packets including - attendance, agendas, reports, and minutes.
3. Assist in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, required training, etc. for the CEO and board members.
4. Maintains and updates administrative records, policies, procedures, meeting minutes, and reports.
5. Coordinate and assist with preparation for meetings/events as requested by the CEO.
6. Disseminate information and articles to the board of directors, management, employees, and others as requested by the CEO.
7. Handle sensitive documents like employment applications and compliance forms.
8. Assist in hiring procedures including background checks, employment applications, and onboarding new employees.
9. Work with CFO to coordinate employee benefit forms, distribution of annual notices, and other employment related information.
10. Participate and assist in deliveries to schools, community organizations, and businesses.
11. Planning, organizing, and picking up meals and boardroom supplies.
12. Assembling staff meeting agendas and updating employee directories and contact sheets.
13. Coordinate employee volunteer and engagement activities with CEO and Director of Marketing. Participate in community engagement activities that align with credit union initiatives.
14. Support management team and marketing with strategic plan initiatives.
15. Support the SunWest Foundation through meeting coordination, assisting with requests, grant approvals and delivery of supplies and money to schools. Assist in fundraising activities.
16. Coordinate employee learning objectives by working with department managers to assign online classes, follow up on outstanding assignments, and assist with coordination of testing. Support staff recognition programs.
17. Responsible for office supply ordering.
18. Other duties as assigned.

About the role
