Academic Finance & Sustainability * Develop and oversee tools for academic finance including: * Multi-year enrollment and clinical capacity modeling * Program-level proformas, margin analysis, and cost-per-graduate metrics * Funds-flow and contracting models for shared ventures * Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards to guide decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement. * Ensure all growth initiatives are financially sustainable and aligned with compliance and equity standards.
