Additionally, we offer ongoing case management to ensure long-term stability and help families build a secure future in their homes. - The primary focus of a Family Support Specialist is to deliver, coordinate, and document supportive services to families in our prevention, shelter, and stabilization programs, ensuring services are effective, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on long-term housing stability. Essential Job Functions Direct Services (50%) Coordinate, deliver, and document family-focused services as part of a team. Support Intake procedures and walk-ins as needed. Provide support to the program team where needed. Resource Connection (10%) Connect families with appropriate resources and services.
