We have an exciting opportunity for a Model Based Systems Enginee r to join the team with JETS II. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and human spaceflight programs and ground systems integration to lead the development and integration of complex aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across the full systems engineering lifecycle-from concept through verification and validation through Sustainment-using MBSE tools and methodologies to ensure mission success and safety compliance.
The Model Based Systems Engineer will:
Lead system architecture development and analysis using MBSE principles and tools (e.g., Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect).
Define, manage, and validate system requirements, interfaces, and verification methods for crewed spaceflight systems.
Develop and maintain SysML models to support system design, trade studies, and mission assurance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (safety, reliability, human factors, propulsion, avionics, etc.) to ensure systems meet NASA and industry standards for human spaceflight.
Participate in design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and customer presentations.
Guide and mentor junior systems engineers in MBSE techniques and systems engineering best practices.
Support risk management, configuration management, and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Interface with NASA, commercial partners, and subcontractors to coordinate system-level design integration.

Expert-level proficiency with SysML and MBSE tools (Cameo/MagicDraw preferred).
Strong understanding of systems engineering processes per NASA NPR 7123.1, MIL-STD-499C, or INCOSE SE Handbook.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with thermal control system analysis and design for spacesuits, spacecraft, launch vehicles and/or missile systems.
Experience developing spacecraft, spacesuits, aircraft, military, or habitat environmental control and life support systems (ECLSS), subsystems, assemblies, and/or components.
Experience working on NASA or other aerospace development projects.
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: heat exchangers, condensing/boiling heat exchangers, boilers, thermoelectric coolers, variable-conductance heat pipes, and loop heat pipes.
CAD design experience, especially using SolidWorks.
Experience working on multi-company and multi-organizational development teams.
Required Experience:

About the Role
How you will contribute
* Plan, coordinate and execute Engineering function(s) for assigned projects, including processes, equipment, work standards, and facilities.
* Support the application of lean principles and apply lean tools, including standardized work, 5S visual factory, total productive maintenance, time studies, and pull systems.
* Develop plant and process layouts, and improve existing layouts to maximize efficient use of space, equipment, and labor.
* Assist the Plant Manager and Engineering Manager to make informed decisions relating to the purchase of equipment, including forklifts, tooling, lift assists, generators, compressed air systems, racking, sweepers/scrubbers, compactors, and miscellaneous items pertaining to specific projects.
* Utilize 5S, Kaizan, JIT Delivery, Labor Balancing, Capacity studies, Time & Motion studies, Six Sigma methodologies, AutoCAD, MS Excel, project management, facility and process design, lean manufacturing concepts and material flow engineering.
* Obtain quotes, perform cost analysis, and manage contractors working on various installations and facility construction.
* Develop systems for maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Institutionalize TPM methodology in accordance with corporate standards; assist with tracking the project capital budget and report ongoing status to the Project Manager and VP Engineering.
* Assist with training plant engineers hired to support the operational organization during plant launches.

Your Key Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

All About the Role:
We are looking for an EMC engineer be part of the EMC laboratory team, in the context of the EMC&NVH organization, with the opportunity to collaborate on challenging assignments. The requested person has responsibility to test Food Preparation appliances, reuse or develop EMC solutions if necessary, and produce documentation and test reports, according to constraints of quality and time.
You will have the chance to build solid competence in EMC regulation, instruments, and procedures, in a state-of-the-art laboratory. On top of that, you will have opportunity to work in an R&D department of a multinational company that has ambition to “shape living for better”.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute EMC tests according to test plans.
Operate with EMC instruments.
Create Test Reports according to the approved workflow.
Maintain laboratory instruments calibration and lab certification.
Build, test, analyze, and troubleshoot prototype electronic circuits, parts (including electronic controls), and appliances to research and develop product features/functions.
Be able to diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, followed by appropriate corrective action to address product emissions and immunity issues.
Create, update and maintain the test setups according to international and internal standards.
Perform design/development experiments that may require non-standard procedures and complex instrumentation (e.g., oscilloscopes, ESD, EFT, RIV, REF) when required.
Coordinate ordering and tracking of incoming/outcoming components
Team spirit and communication skills, share information with group.
Basic knowledge of Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC), standards and instruments.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand electrical and electronic schematics.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic/Electric Engineering or equivalent field of study
