Perform factory start-up, commissioning, warranty and billable service on Munters Data Center equipment and systems.

Provide customer training on Munters equipment.
Provide technical feedback on equipment using detailed fieldservice reports.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in the Mechanical field specifically the HVAC field.
Frequent travel required, up to 90%, across the USA by plane and car.
Extensive knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, able to diagnose electrical issues with proficiency and record data.
Knowledge of all safety procedures and requirements and has training in Arc flash, lock out tag out and other safety requirements. Understands and knows how to utilize all PPE associated with electrical safety.
Extensive refrigeration knowledge. Understands how to pressure test, evacuate, and charge systems without assistance. Understands the refrigeration system concepts and can fully troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration problems. Proficient in brazing and soldering. Holds a universal refrigeration card.
Extensive knowledge in Controls, has experience with troubleshooting, programming, or downloading to controls systems. Understands PLC's and how to work with all types of platforms. Knows how to access information from PLC's and be able to adjust. Able to connect to a PLC with a computer to communicate and make changes.
(Optional) State Licensed Master HVAC mechanic. This requires years of experience, training and testing along with experience working under other experienced professionals to achieve.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Self-Motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate well with other site personnel as well as Sales PM, Service Manager and Technical Support personnel.
Education:
High Diploma or equivalent. Trade School desired.

Summary: The purpose of this position is to assist in the development of technicians and ensure that major projects in the area have the technical resources to successfully be deployed. The person in this role will also have a position in a service shop and assist that shop with their day-to-day technical needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work with shop managers and technicians on conducting, facilitating and executing training plans, creating plans that are collective but also to fit each Technician's level.
These plans can and should include formalized classroom training as well as on the job (OJT) practical training. The goal of training is to assist our technical team to progress from Apprentice-Journeyman-Senior-System technician.
The STT should consider compliance, industry specific regulations and company specific policies and procedures while creating and maintaining employee training records.
Develop ongoing training standards and minimums to progress from each technical level.
Review technician knowledge to ensure the standards are met for advancement.
Provide feedback to the technician supervisor on the technician's status with meeting the standards.
Assist with scheduling and conduct OJT training.
Conduct senior technician meetings to discuss technical topics.
Assist service managers/lead technicians in reviewing major projects in presale and post-sale.

Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment
ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.
