About the Role:
Summary The Field Service Technician performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, onsite bolting, heat treating and/or field machining. Completes any and all tasks assigned by the Field Supervisor to meet goals of increased efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience with construction or mechanical work and/or possess knowledge of plant maintenance and repair work.

Scope of the Role
As a Field Support Engineer (FSE), this role will oversee the delivery of top quality, professional technical support to all customers who utilize Tait radio products and solutions. A significant portion of the job is mentoring and training other engineers, customers and dealers.
The FSE is the primary technical interface between the customer and the Tait organization following the delivery of a Tait product or system. You will provide remote and on-site technical support for Tait equipment, systems and services. The role is also the Lead technical resource for TAM sales and engineering team in support of sales development activities to generate new orders for Tait equipment, systems and services.
The FSE encompasses broad and well developed technical skills. The role serves as the Subject Matter Expert and will require the operation and configuration of complex systems and the diagnosis of non-conforming functionality to an operating system level.

Under the direction of Laboratory Management, the Sample Management Technician supports accurate and efficient tracking, processing, and routing of samples using LIMS and established SOPs, in adherence to ISO 17025, NELAP/TNI, GMP/GLP, and all accrediting/certifying agency requirements. Other Duties include:
Independently receive, review, and log samples (Environmental, Food, USP, and Colilert-18) from couriers and delivery agencies.
Verify accompanying documentation; contact clients or laboratory personnel to clarify missing or unclear information.
Appropriately label samples and create required data packages. Ensure samples are properly tracked, documented, handled, stored, and delivered to the appropriate departments promptly.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and data in compliance with policies, LIMS protocols, and accreditation standards.
Assist quarterly with Colilert-18 sample receipt, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month as required.
Utilize LIMS for sample tracking, processing, documentation, and result entry.
Assist in data entry for laboratory results and scan sample submission forms to Accounting as needed.
Follow all Receiving SOPs and Adhere to GMP/GLP, ISO 17025, NELAP/TNI, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Support audit readiness and ensure data integrity in all sample management activities.
Assist Courier staff with scheduling client bookings into routing software and assist Media Technicians, Laboratory Assistants, and other laboratory areas as assigned.
Perform general laboratory maintenance and upkeep; Support supply stocking, paperwork management, and inventory management, & Notify QA and QC upon arrival of Proficiency Testing (PT) samples
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely, without restriction or sponsorship and hold a high-school diploma or equivalent.

About The Navy's Advanced Electronics / Computer Field (AECF) offers extensive training in electronics, computer systems, radar, communications, and weapons fire control systems, including the Navy's advanced missile systems and Aegis radar. These technicians are essential to the ship's Combat Systems department, ensuring readiness for combat operations across the fleet.
Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment
ETs and FCs serve on fleet units worldwide and at shore-based repair facilities. Expect assignments aboard ships, at remote stations, and in technical repair shops. Work is highly technical, requiring precision and teamwork.
