Essential Functions: * Deliver 100% donor and customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Operate the POS system to itemize purchases, handle cash, make change, and implement programs such as Round Up and Good Points. * Accurately input starting and ending cash amounts and maintain customer records using POS software. * Handle customer disputes and exchanges in line with agency policies, providing friendly and helpful service. * Rotate stock, merchandise racks, and shelves, and maintain attractive displays. * Assist leadership in training new team members. * To keep the store clean and organized, clean shelves, dust, vacuum floors, and clean windows and mirrors. * Support the team by running on the floor, rotating apparel, and maintaining dressing room upkeep. * Follow agency policies and safety/security measures consistently. * Conclude every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!" * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Strong mathematical skills. * Experience with personal computer operations is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Prior experience in retail operations is a plus. * Familiarity with merchandise categories such as name brands, antiques, vintage, and collectibles. * Ability to identify shades and tones of color and visually inspect clothing for quality.
