He founded the Centre for Neuro Skills Clinical Research and Education Foundation, a non-profit research organization. His work has been published in numerous professional and research publications and he has written several books - one entitled Working with Behavior Disorders: Strategies for Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation and another entitled Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, and latest one Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, 4th Edition. Dr. Ashley is interested in innovative strategies to enhance the rate and extent of recovery following acquired brain injury, designed to broaden access to treatment while reducing its cost. In addition to clinical treatment, his focus is on organizational growth, strategic development and management, and marketing and sales.
