Summary of duties:
Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
Complete sweep logs, as directed.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.

Requirements for our Janitorial Crew Positions:
Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals, sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)

The Cook will be responsible for the below job duties including but not limited to:
Represent Frontida with professionalism, always embracing Frontida's culture, which includes “treating others as you would like to be treated.”
Spend within the food and dietary supplies budgets and document all expenses on the expense management form.
Follow current Frontida approved menu, make and document substitutions that occur due to special events, resident preference, or other necessary reasons.
Utilize the food vendor order guide to create a weekly shopping list. Inventory food and dietary supplies weekly to minimize waste and maximize budget management.
Put groceries away, ensuring all items are properly dated, rotated, and stored according to Frontida food safety standards
Utilize only approved food vendors, shop in grocery stores minimally and only for emergencies.
Monitor meal service to ensure resident satisfaction with meals and receive feedback as appropriate.
Follow menu while ensuring timely and accurate food service. Ensure all meals served look and taste appetizing and are being served at the proper temperature and texture.
Check food items on counters and in refrigerators, pantries and freezers daily to ensure correct storage and labeling. Discard prepared food past 3 days, or food that is not stored per Serve Safe guidelines.
Ensure all modified diet needs are met per physician order to include thickened liquids, pureed diet, and soft and bite sized diet.
Assist residents with eating as needed.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen at all times. This is demonstrated by:
Cleaning as you go (during meal preparation and throughout the day, do not allow dishes to pile up or cooking area to become cluttered)
Keeping the pantries clean and well organized
Cleaning the refrigerators daily and keep well organized
Cleaning the freezers daily and keep well organized
Clean and degreased ovens and cooktops
Use clean washcloths throughout the day to keep counter tops and cooking surfaces sterile
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed by the end of shift, and that the kitchen is clean, and garbage is removed prior to departure.
Document food, freezer, and refrigerator temperatures per standards
Maintain menu records per standards
Cooks must learn the protocols and procedures for their community, as well as the rules and regulations for the state where they work.

Responsible for performing general clean-up and janitorial duties throughout the Resch Center and Resch Expo.
Job Duties:

Responsible for conferring daily with supervisor to receive tasks and priority assignments.
Performs cleaning and janitorial tasks, as assigned. These would include, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, and waxing.
Cleans up spills and biohazard spills to maintain a safe environment for patrons and employees.
Notes and reports any irregularities or discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
Performs event set-up and tear-down, as necessary.
Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Accurately assembles meal trays/meals, snacks, and nourishments per specified meal order or diet guidelines, adhering to portion control and quality food presentation standards. 2. Loads and transports food carts, and delivers food to patient/resident room or designated area following established procedures. 3. Cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work area following established sanitation procedures. 4. Performs prep work such as washing and peeling of fruits and vegetables. Cuts and portions desserts. 5. Delivers and stocks food supplies in designated areas according to established par levels, ensuring proper rotation of items and monitoring expiration dates. 6. Uses necessary equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. 7. Serves our cafeteria customers in a friendly, efficient manner by performing cashier duties, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. 8. Restocks and maintains food and other supplies in an orderly manner, observing all food storage standards. 9. Follows established food handling procedures and monitors temperature of food and equipment to ensure food safety and infection control practices are met. 10. Maintains friendly customer interaction with patients and families. 11. Performs other duties as assigned.
