This is a full-time, field-based role in California requiring hands-on expertise and leadership in fire sprinkler system installation. Project areas include: LA county, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County As a Foreman, you will oversee a small crew, ensure compliance with NFPA 13 standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship that directly impacts life safety. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and project managers. Solve practical problems on-site and develop action plans to address challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications 4-5 years of fire sprinkler installation experience preferred, with a focus on commercial and tenant improvement projects. Proven experience in commercial construction or tenant improvement fire protection systems. Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and applicable California fire codes. Must be able to drive a company vehicle and travel to various job sites as part of essential duties. Ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including holding a valid driver's license and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record. Valid California Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification highly preferred. Basic understanding of measurements, layout, and pipe fitting techniques. The Irrigation Foreman is responsible for the install and maintenance projects. The foreman is responsible for completing these projects with great precision and business minded efficiency. Overseeing crews ranging in size from one to ten depending on the job type and size.
