    GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. * Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. * Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. * Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. * Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. * Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. * Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: * 30-hour OSHA certification * Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
