CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN The Airport Construction Foreman assists the Superintendent in coordinating all site construction activities and supervises the field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. Travel/ Driving Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.Driver's license is required. This position is eligible for a company supplied vehicle, or a monthly vehicle stipend. Supervisory Responsibility Assigns work to subordinates, establish deadlines and modifies work schedules to meet deadlines depicted in the project schedule. Communicates with project team regularly, discussing schedule, needs, equipment, and long term work planning Required Education and Experience · High school diploma or equivalent.· Proven experience as construction foreman with a minimum of 5 years in underground pipe system installations· diploma or certificate in a skilled trade (Carpenter, site grading, pipe installation etc.) a plus.
