The Position:
• 2 years' experience preferred.
• Ability to read commercial or residential plans.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Communicate Daily with crew members to ensure success for each project.
• Manage supplier deliveries and internal material deliveries as needed.
• Verify work meets the project scope and deadlines.
• Communicate with Flatwork Superintendent daily on schedule and manpower.
• Ability to provide a quality product for the customer.
