This is my personal experience working in Kids Zone. The area was often understaffed, and we didn’t receive the training needed to safely manage the number of kids. When problems came up, I didn’t feel supported by management. I also noticed a lot of staff turnover after the leadership changes, and many employees felt unsure about their job security. In my experience, communication and support declined during that time. Kids Zone needs major improvements in staffing, training, and leadership consistency to ensure a safe and supportive environment for both employees and families.
It used to be flexible hours, but that is no longer the case at the Plano, IL location.
