TERMS and CONDITIONS: The Beautician Will: Provide services to all residents who request them without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion or disability. Services may also be provided to employees of Facility or family members of residents when such services are requested. At no time shall services be provided to individuals not residing at Facility, employed at Facility or not family members of residents. Maintain Operator's licenses in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations. At no time shall services be provided by an individual not licensed or qualified as in accordance with law.
