**Required Qualifications**
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.

**Working Conditions**

**Physical Requirements**

As part of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Transport Driver is responsible for transporting, planning, and coordinating general duties of the sales center involving transporting of products, materials, supplies and equipment.

What You'll Do Lead the Team: Create shift assignments, monitor unit functions, and support staff to ensure quality care.
Coordinate Care: Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges; collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers.
Departments Include: ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, as well as Transitional Care Drive Excellence: Evaluate care quality, mentor staff, and foster professional development.
Respond with Confidence: Recognize and act on critical changes in patient condition, initiate emergency care, and coordinate rapid response.
Provide Patient Care: Deliver hands-on nursing care as needed, including assessments, medication administration, and interventions.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity while supporting the interdisciplinary plan of care.
Engage Beyond the Unit: Participate in committees, projects, and staff education initiatives.
What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience; leadership experience preferred.
Education: Current RN license in Montana (or compact license); BSN preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Certifications: All applicable RN certifications required; national certification encouraged.

Job Description
Currently looking for Physical Therapist to fill an opening in a Hospital setting located in a beautiful area of North East Montana. Interested candidates should have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapist with a passion to work within multiple settings in a rural location. Interested candidate should also have a valid MT PT license, or be eligible to obtain it.
Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
Perform diagnosis on individuals of different ages who have restricted movements and performance due to certain physical injuries they are suffering from.
The role of the physical therapist extends beyond helping patients to move their bodies, it also involves encouraging and motivating them to live fit and healthy even after treatment.
Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
